Carousel Cupcakes

Vanilla cupcakes with a raspberry flavored meringue buttercream frosting, decorated with a molded white chocolate horse on a stick and small gum paste flowers. This was for a birthday party at the Tilden Park Merry go 'round in Berkeley.
